Wordlike is a procedural turn-based dungeon crawler where words are your primary weapon. As you explore the tower's labyrinthine levels, you’ll encounter enemies and obstacles that can only be overcome by using the power of language. The game merges strategic dungeon crawling with spelling challenges, offering a fresh twist on traditional RPG gameplay.

How to Play Wordlike

Playing Wordlike involves a blend of exploration, strategy, and word formation:

• Navigating the Tower: Move through the dungeon using the WASD keys or by left-clicking. Your goal is to locate blue portals that advance you to higher levels.
• Engaging Enemies: When you encounter enemies (depicted as red characters), hit the Spacebar to enter Attack Mode. Click on the enemies to select them and spell words using the red letters available in your hand.
• Spell and Attack: Form valid words from the letters and press Enter to attack. Valid words turn green and deal damage to enemies. The more complex the word, the greater the damage.
• Swapping Tiles: To collect tiles, walk over them, enter Attack Mode, and use the Swap button. Select a letter from your hand to swap with a tile on the ground and end your turn.
